Gym Monitor / Recreation Monitor
Gym / Front Desk
VOLUNTEER ROLE

Schedule: Open gym and open play hours; shifts by sign-up

What you'll do
  • Monitor open gym and open play
  • Help enforce gym rules
  • Watch for unsafe behavior
  • Help supervise youth
  • Report incidents
  • Help protect equipment and the facility
  • Assist with transitions between scheduled activities
Requirements
  • 18 or older
  • Calm, firm, and comfortable redirecting behavior
  • Background check and CPR / First Aid within 45 days
  • Must follow the Code of Conduct and child-safety rules at all times
