These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, booking system, and facilities of MentorSports Gymnasium (“MentorSports,” “we,” “us”), a program of Freedom Community Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By creating an account, booking, registering, or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A parent or legal guardian must create the account and register any participant under 18. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for activity that occurs under your account. Sign-in links sent to your email are personal to you — do not share them.
Every participant must have a current signed waiver on file before playing, and one adult’s waiver may cover their listed children. All participants and guests must follow the MentorSports Code of Conduct. We may refuse service, cancel a registration, or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, our policies, or the law.
Open-play bookings, multi-week programs, passes and memberships, and court rentals are offered subject to availability and to the details shown at the time of purchase (price, dates, capacity, and any program-specific rules). Passes and memberships are tied to your phone number, are non-transferable, and apply only to the sports and time periods described for that plan. Programs materialize sessions on the calendar; rentals are confirmed by staff and are subject to facility availability.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider on its secure pages; your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. Prices are shown before you pay. You may cancel a booking from your account or pass page within the cancellation window shown for that activity; where a pass visit was used, it is returned to your balance automatically. Cancellations outside the window, and refunds of payments made by card or cash, are handled by staff and are not guaranteed. Program and membership fees may be non-refundable once the program or billing period has begun, as noted for that program.
Athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. Your participation is governed by the waiver you sign, which includes an assumption of risk and release of liability. MentorSports does not carry medical insurance for participants; you are responsible for your own and your children’s medical insurance and expenses. Do not attend while experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness.
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Wear appropriate athletic footwear and attire. Obtain approval before bringing outside food, vendors, or decorations for a rental or event. You are responsible for your group’s conduct and for leaving the facility as you found it.
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentorSports and Freedom Community Ministries, and their staff and volunteers, are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or facilities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not replace the specific releases in your signed waiver.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MentorSports and Freedom Community Ministries from claims arising out of your (or your registered participants’) use of the facilities or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clayton County, Georgia.
