VOLUNTEER ROLE
Schedule: Flexible; some evenings and weekends when needed for events
What you'll do- Clean and maintain the gym
- Keep bathrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds clean
- Set up and break down for events
- Handle minor repairs
- Inspect equipment and report safety concerns
- Keep supplies stocked
- Help maintain the basketball court, pickleball equipment, wall pads, and similar
Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Basic experience with facility maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, construction, or general repairs preferred
- Able to perform cleaning and groundskeeping duties
- Able to lift approximately 40 to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, climbing a ladder, and moving equipment
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Willing to work some evenings and weekends when needed for events
- Must pass required background screening
