VOLUNTEER ROLE
Schedule: League season: weekly practice plus Saturday games
What you'll do- Plan and run team practices
- Coach your team on game days
- Teach fundamentals, teamwork, and good sportsmanship
- Mentor players on and off the court
- Communicate with parents and gym staff about schedules and player needs
- Model the MentorSports Code of Conduct
Requirements- 18 or older
- Love of the game and a heart for young people
- Dependable for the full season
- Background check and orientation
- CPR / First Aid (we can help you get it)
