Lead a youth team through the MentorSports basketball league: run practices, coach on game days, and teach fundamentals, teamwork, and good sportsmanship while mentoring players in confidence and character.

Lead the MentorSports cheer squad: teach cheers, chants, and routines at practice, cheer with the team at league games, and build confidence, teamwork, and school spirit in young athletes.

The Facility Care Assistant supports the Facility Care Coordinator in keeping MentorSports Gymnasium clean, sanitary, organized, safe, and welcoming. This is an important hands-on position responsible for helping maintain the everyday appearance and readiness of the facility. The Assistant helps ensure that children, families, members, staff, volunteers, and guests enter a space that reflects the excellence and care of MentorSports.

The Volunteer Fitness & Wellness Instructor leads safe, engaging, and encouraging classes for MentorSports Gymnasium participants. Classes may include stretching, step, fitness, conditioning, mobility, wellness, or other recreational activities based on the volunteer’s experience and the needs of the community.

Support MentorSports / Freedom Community Ministries food distribution: help receive, organize, prepare, and distribute food and other resources to individuals and families in the community.

A lead volunteer role: plan and run MentorSports / Freedom Community Ministries food distributions, manage inventory and donations, and coordinate the Food Bank Assistants who serve alongside you.
